WHAT’S AT THE CENTER OF OUR MINISTRY?

At Luke 6:38 Ministry, we center ourselves on one verse, which states, “Give, and you will receive. Your gift will return to you in full — pressed down, shaken together to make room for more, running over, and poured into your lap” (Luke 6:38). We believe the amount you give determines the amount you get back, so we strive to abide by our faith and give to and support those in the ministry however we can.

HOW DO WE SUPPORT THE WORD?

Being an active part of the ministry and furthering God’s word isn’t something most people can do alone. Many of those who join the ministry need financial and community support to stay focused on their goals. At Luke 6:38 Ministry in Waxhaw, NC, we provide that support. OUR MISSION

Together we are a community of believers. What does that mean, the word community? We believe that together in fellowship we grow closer to God and one another. The bible speaks about iron sharpening iron. We believe that together we grow stronger. We are a community of believers.

OUR VISION

We strive to be a ministry without walls (online). Jesus calls for us to go outside the walls to reach the lost, broken and the needy. It is there that the lost will be found. Most ministries find it is comfortable to stay within the walls, but we make it an effort to be like the church from the book of Acts, to see our world changed.

OUR VALUES

We highly value our relationships with others. We look to grow through gving, and ultimately growing closer to God. We value the word of God, and the leadership of the Holy Spirit. We look to extend grace to all those who are needy, and lead them with no hope to the hope of Jesus Christ.

SMALL BEGINNINGS

At Luke 6:38 Ministry, we want to support all people who are in the ministry for Christ. Since our founding in 2022, we’ve been determined to make an impact on the Christian world. The core of our efforts is to bring together those seeking to obey God’s command to give with those who want to do ministry but have trouble finding support. Through all of our endeavors, we hope to display the conviction behind our beliefs in the work of Jesus Christ.
